Semarang is the capital of the province of Central Java in Indonesia. The city has a cargo port from where we export our furniture worldwide. Semarang is located near Jepara where we have our furniture manufacturing factory.
We manufactured custom-made furniture for a private villa located in this city.
Semarang is in the north coast of Java. It has a rich history with a lot of Dutch colonial architecture. We decided to create clean and functional furnishings with a twist. We used natural teak mixed with less conventional materials. For example, we manufactured teak resin furniture. When it comes to furniture making, resin allow to create interesting finishings. We love the result of inserting fossil woods inside transparent resin. We used this technique to create beautiful coffee table tops and working desks. We also mixed black iron pipes with natural teak for a classic industrial look. Some pieces are pure teak wood items. These use classic Scandinavian and Danish designs. To create a balance, we introduced home accessories such as mirrors with handmade wood carvings. The result is a minimalist design with an Asian vibe.

The interior decor pays tribute to the Greek way of life while being fresh and modern. We used clean colors to enhance the natural beauty of the raw materials. We looked for freshness and purity. We used a combination of earth and white. As for the furniture designs, we looked for bold mixes. We combined teak root benches with Danish dining chairs. From a Scandinavian couch set to reclaimed teak items, we did a lot of different furnishings. We manufactured a variety of furnishings. We focussed on elegant and timeless pieces for this tropical interior. The idea was to create a high-end yet relaxed atmosphere. Tropical interior design should value comfort, ease and utility. The style is eclectic. The result looks like a mix and match selection you would expect on an island. We used a lot of natural shapes and finishing, to enhance the beauty of the items. From suar wood to reclaimed teak to German synthetic rattan, we selected beautiful and raw materials. The result is a warm and soothing home decor. We celebrated natural elements with genuine reclaimed teak boats from Indonesia. We turned the traditional Indonesian canoes into book racks. As for the wood stains, we used light and bright hues. We wanted to match the natural colors of the environment. The blue sky combines well with the natural wooden tones. We also included natural elements such rattan, wicker and copper. For the upholstery, we used colorful fabrics. We used red linens and brown velvets to cover the couches and sofas.
