Entering the bar of a five-star hotel is a special experience. Wether you gather with you friends or your loved-ones, you will live a magic moment. The interior design is often beautiful and every aspect is looked-after. For a premium decor, manufacturers pay the utmost attention to each detail. We manufactured this bar furniture for the lounge of a luxury hotel in Dubai. To create the perfect items, we selected every material with care. We used clear stainless steel with hairline brushing for the bar stool legs. We created lounge chairs with solid mahogany wood and velvet upholstery. We manufactured side stations with dark brown teak and glossy coatings. For the tables, we used round solid teak tops with golden brass edges.
We designed every item with the functionality in mind. The bar chairs offer comfortable seatings with quality foams and velvets. We coated the bar tables tops with PU coatings for a sleek look and a clean design. For the VIP area, we weaved vintage chairs with natural rattans. We created a series of lower seating with Scandinavian lounge chairs.

Boat wood furniture manufacturing for a restaurant in Borneo

We manufactured boat wood furniture for a new restaurant in Balikpapan.

We created furniture with reclaimed boat wood for a new restaurant in the island of Kalimantan. We source traditional pirogues from Indonesia. We look for old boats left unused on the shores. We call these typical boats from the archipelago “perahu”. Indonesian people use them for fishing. Fishermen sail the seas around Bali, East Timor and Java to catch tuna and red snapper fishes. When the boats gets too old and beyond repair, we buy it. It is better for the Indonesian fishermen to sell us the washed up boat and use the money to build a new one. They can then go fishing in safe conditions. It is important for us to know that they can provide their families with a sustainable source of income. We then cut the old “perahu” into pieces and turn the hardwood parts into furniture. The idea is to fight wastes and give the reclaimed timber a new life. We turn the teak boat wood into functional items to use in restaurants and houses.
Boat wood furniture is ideal to create long-standing outdoor items. The boat wood furniture brings a rustic and authentic vibe to the decor. We manufactured these dining sets for a restaurant in Balikpapan in Indonesia. We created tables and chairs with reclaimed teak slats and industrial iron frames. Fishermen maintain their boat with a new layer of colorful paint every year. Painting new layers of primary colors allow the wood to better resists the ocean salt, water and sun. The sea water and tropical sun removes part of the paint and creates a distressed effect. The boat timber still has nail holes, scratches and paint remains. These marks gives the unique piece of furniture its soul. We keep the original scratches and layer of paints. The result is a striking set of boat wood furniture.

Custom-made restaurant furniture manufacturing for a Miami project.

We manufactured custom-made restaurant furnishings for a new venue in Las Olas boulevard. The restaurant is among the hottest new places in Fort Lauderdale.

We created a full furniture range for a new restaurant in Miami. The venue is a successful Japanese fusion fine dine. The place is in a prime area facing the ocean. Right in the heart of Fort Lauderdale, the restaurant is a new hot sensation on Las Olas boulevard.
For this hospitality project, we created an entire collection of indoor and outdoor furniture. We manufactured solid teak dining sets with dining chairs and tables. For the indoor part, we completed the restaurant furniture with a dark glaze finish. We then apply a matte coating to the reclaimed-looking stain. The distressed finish gives the Japanese restaurant an authentic atmosphere.
We also manufactured all furnishings for the terrace. We created solid teak sofas and lounge seats with solid teak woods with open slats. The terrace furniture keeps their natural wood color to better face the weather changes in Miami. All upholstery items use Sunbrella™ fabrics and QuickDry™ foams.
For each area in the restaurant, we manufactured bespoke service stations. The waiters can use the cabinets to store the plates, cutlery and glasses. These custom-made waiter stations blend with the rest of the furniture.
