We manufactured outdoor teak furniture for a retail shop in Tokyo.

Following the Asian furniture we manufactured, our customer in Japan needed garden teak furniture.
With the summer season coming soon, our regular Japanese client ordered a container of outdoor furniture. The right time to order garden teak furniture is January. This gives us enough time to manufacture the items. Our standard lead time to manufacture a full container is 60 days. Depending on where our customer lives, the sea freight takes 1 to 5 weeks. You can count one month to receive and display the garden furniture in the retail store. This brings us to May, just in time for the summer season. This schedule only applies if you live in the Northern hemisphere. If you live in the Southern hemisphere, the right time to order garden furniture is July.

We manufactured solid wooden roots furniture for a retail store in India.

Following an order with suar wood home accessories, we manufactured roots furniture. We produced both the suar accessories and the solid roots furniture for a retail store in India.
We worked on a series of solid teak and suar roots furniture. Tree roots allow us create massive organic pieces.
For this Indian retail store, we manufactured various furniture ranges. We created many different items. Solid suar tables, huge teak roots consoles, side roots tables with organic shapes and more.
Every root is unique. When it comes to roots furniture, every piece follows the shapes and flow created by mother Nature.
Our work starts by sourcing the perfect root.
After we find beautiful pieces, we email several pictures our customer can choose from. After we agree on the perfect root, we clean and treat it against pest. We don’t want bugs or worms to go out from your beautiful roots console table.
Once the roots item is clean, we sand it. The sanding process is time-consuming. We sand every root, every corner, every side of the organic shapes.
After the roots furniture is clean and smooth, we apply a clear coating. You can choose from matte, semi-gloss or glossy coating.
Voilà! The solid roots furniture item is ready.
